British Residents' Association of Switzerland

On the 22 August we carried on the ex-British Circle tradition of having a summer Barbeque. 30 members attended this open-air event at the Eisweiher Hut in Riehen. 34 degrees, what else could we ask for? Any hotter and we would not have needed the grill, the meat would have cooked on its own! As the children played football and flew their kites the grown-ups had a nice relaxing afternoon. Definitely an event enjoyed by all.

Thanks to all the people who provided the salads and desserts, and especially to Martin and Heidi Rudolph who swept and cleaned the hut up after us.
