| Thousands of rhododendrons and azaleas in more than 300 species, covered moorland ponds fringed with water lilies, Japanese iris and other water plants, croaking frogs, fish and birds make this a magic garden. Children very welcome. The garden is only open for these critical seven weeks, when the blooms are at their best. There is a small rustic cafe and the possibility to buy plants. Rifferswil is between Hausen am Albis and Affoltern am Albis, near Kappel and Baar. | |
